Corey Carter – Realtor/Owner, Operations Manager
A resident of the Reno-Sparks area for over 30 years, Corey is proud to call our community home. He has the experience, knowledge, and understanding of the complex Reno-Sparks real estate market to ensure fiduciary service. Corey oversees the systems and procedures of the team while specializing in foreclosure and short sale negotiations, income/investment properties, and client consultations. Away from his career, Corey finds relaxation by visiting Lake Tahoe, mountain biking, and walking his dog “Escrow”.Susan Geer – Realtor/Owner, Team Manager
Susan brings over 23 years of experience in various facets of real estate. Her niche is in marketing homes and is an extremely talented negotiator. Susan’s secret to success is high communication and superior customer service. Most of her time is spent motivating the team in sales and marketing efforts. In her spare time, Susan loves to spoil her 3 grandkids.
Hope Lewis– Realtor, Buyer Specialist
Hope is a native of Reno and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Environmental Policy Analysis. She has been a Realtor for over six years concentrating on buyers and investors. Prior, Hope worked as a direct assistant for a large Real Estate Investor, specializing in acquisitions with superb customer care. With an intellect for attention to detail and her client's best interests at heart, she treats every transaction as if it were her own. Hope's extracurricular activities include hiking, skiing and she is the President of the Great Basin Film Society.Jody Call – Realtor, Buyer Specialist
Jody has lived in Reno-Sparks area since 1981. She has specialized in customer service her entire career and loves to spoil her clients! Jody became a Realtor in 2001 and balances her profession with her love of family, hiking, singing and travel. Roger has been licensed as a Realtor and Broker Salesman in Florida, California, and Nevada and has been listing and selling homes since 1999. Roger believes in the importance of education and has earned numerous prestigious designations and certifications. Prior to building his real estate business, Roger had a successful 20-year career as an executive managing broadcast television and cable television operations. He is active in the community and volunteers for the Pioneer Center, the Reno Jazz Festival, and the Great Balloon Race. Peter Moritz has over 35 years of experience as an architectural consultant, luxury home builder, and real estate investor. Peter is dedicated to complete client satisfaction in every aspect of his transactions. Eduardo Carral was born in Tabasco, Mexico and has resided in Reno since 1995. Eduardo practiced real estate in Las Vegas for numerous years, specializing within the Hispanic community being involved with the Hispanic Association of Realtors. Eduardo specializes with buyers within the Hispanic Community in Reno-Sparks, as well. His hard work ethic and caring personality adds to his excellent real estate skills and knowledge. Christina Cramer – Escrow Coordinator
Christina has been a member of the Carter-Geer team for over 7 years and found her niche in the escrow department. She maintains all escrows and ensures all timelines are met, and also coordinates the paperwork and appointments. She strives in providing an outstanding level of customer service and communication. In her free time, she loves to play video games with her eight year old daughter, Hailie.Donna Furlow – Short Sale Admin
Donna has maintained her real estate license for the past eleven years and is currently the lead assistant in the short sale department. Her background in accounting, negotiating and the complex short sale process makes her the perfect assistant to Corey Carter with negotiating deficiency balances for our clients. Donna’s upbeat and fun personality is also a perfect match for the team.Tiffany Moritz – Staging and Design Specialist
Tiffany Moritz is a fun addition to the team and specializes in photography, rearranging, and staging. Tiffany’s skills in design and aesthetic appearance stand high above the crowd. Her caring personality is another plus for Carter-Geer’s clients.Becky Frybarger – Marketing Admin.
Becky Frybarger heads up the marketing team for Carter-Geer & Associates. She maintains and markets our listings, client database, and marketing systems. Becky graduated with honors from Wooster High School in 2008 and is currently working on her Biology degree. She loves to spend time with her family, help out at church, and play tennis as well as the clarinet! Becky’s cute smile and giggle is loved by the team.Joe Maier – Marketing Admin.
Joe Maier assists the marketing department and also maintains our listings, customer databases, and systems. His creative mail-outs help the team keep in touch with our clients. He graduated from Silverado High School in Vegas and is currently a student at UNR, working towards his BA in Criminal Justice. When not working, Joe spends his free time running; you just might see him doing laps at the Sparks Marina!
